These standards apply to the Moxie mobile app, website, and related services. They explain how Moxie prohibits, reviews, removes, and reports content or behavior involving child sexual abuse and exploitation.
1. Prohibited content and conduct
Users may not create, upload, request, distribute, promote, solicit, or facilitate CSAE or CSAM through Moxie. This includes sexual content involving minors, attempts to groom a minor, requests for sexual images of a minor, sextortion, sexual trafficking of a child, impersonation of minors for sexual purposes, or any attempt to use Moxie to exploit or endanger a child.
2. Underage users
Moxie does not allow users under 18. If we learn that an account belongs to a person under 18, we may suspend or delete the account and restrict access to the service.
3. Reporting in the app
Users can report safety concerns through in-app report and block tools where available. Users may also email safety concerns to [email protected]. Reports should include the account being reported, a description of the issue, and any relevant context that is safe and lawful to share.
4. Review and enforcement
When Moxie obtains actual knowledge of CSAE or CSAM, we take appropriate action in accordance with these standards and applicable law. Actions may include removing content, disabling accounts, preserving relevant information where legally appropriate, cooperating with lawful requests, and reporting confirmed CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) or the relevant regional authority.
5. Law enforcement and emergency risk
If a child appears to be in immediate danger, users should contact local emergency services or law enforcement first. Moxie support is not an emergency service.
6. Child safety point of contact
Google Play or other authorized parties may contact Moxie's child safety representative at [email protected]. This contact is responsible for receiving CSAE-related notices and coordinating review, enforcement, and reporting procedures.
7. Updates
We may update these Child Safety Standards to reflect changes in our service, enforcement practices, or legal requirements. The latest version will remain publicly available at this page.
