If someone is harassing you, impersonating another person, asking for money, sharing abusive content, threatening harm, or appears to be under 18, report the profile in the app and email us with details.

Account deletion

Request deletion of your Moxie account and associated data.

Moxie users can request account deletion from the app, from this website, or by email. The web flow sends a confirmation link to the email linked to your account. Clicking the link permanently deletes your account.

Deletion is intended to remove or de-identify your profile, photos, matches, messages, blocks, reports, and other account data tied to your account. Some records may be retained when required for safety, legal, billing, fraud-prevention, backup, or dispute-resolution reasons.

Do not send sensitive secrets

For any support request, do not send your password, full payment details, private documents, or content that is not needed for the request. If we need more information, we will ask for the minimum needed to review the issue.
